Key Responsibilities:
Manage client onboarding and relationship post-sale
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Oversee fee collection and follow up on pending payments
Maintain accurate records of payments and customer interactions
Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
Identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
Share feedback and insights with internal teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Admin/Finance or related
5+ years in client management or collections
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of CRM and collection tools
