Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and onboard new learners after purchase or enrollment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sale support.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
Monitor learner engagement and provide timely follow-ups.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements for better user experience.
Maintain CRM records and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS

Only 2024 or 2025 passed out batch candidates are preferred.
