Post/ Pre Sales Executive
to manage client coordination after sales closure. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, payment follow-ups, client communication, and overall post-sales support to ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients after booking for all post-sales activities
Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and approvals
Handle payment collection updates and maintain proper records
Prepare and manage sales-related documentation and filing
Draft and send emails, letters, and official communications
Maintain accurate client data and records using MS Office tools
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, legal) for smooth processing
Provide regular updates to clients regarding possession, registration, and other formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in
pre-sales and/or post-sales in real estate
is mandatory
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in
MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good computer knowledge and documentation handling skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to handle clients professionally and maintain long-term relationships
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
