Key Responsibilities:
Handle
post-sales queries
related to flight bookings, cancellations, reschedules, refunds, and itinerary changes.
Coordinate with airlines, GDS, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Conduct
quality checks and audits
on post-sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers until the issue is fully resolved.
Support the operations team in maintaining high service levels and achieving performance targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
post-sales operations for travel process
.
Hands-on experience with
GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
preferred.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in night shifts.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
