Job Summary:
We're looking for a
Post Sales Executive Extraordinaire
--someone who will be the bridge between our customers and our internal team after a booking is made. Your job? Keep customers informed, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth delivery process. Think of yourself as the guide who makes the wait for their new furry friend exciting and hassle-free!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers post-booking, ensuring they have all the information they need until delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact, updating customers on the status of their pet adoption process.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and share accurate information with customers.
Address any queries, concerns, or special requests customers may have during the process.
Ensure a smooth handover of pets by aligning logistics, documentation, and necessary arrangements.
Maintain clear and timely communication through calls, messages, and emails.
Work proactively to resolve any bottlenecks and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
6-3 years in customer service, coordination, or a related field. (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or any relevant field.
People Person:
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Ability to track multiple customer orders and updates efficiently.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools and managing digital communication.
Pet Enthusiast:
A love for animals is a bonus!
