Key responsibilities:
1. Assist customers post-booking by providing all necessary information until delivery
2. Act as the primary contact, updating customers on their pet adoption status
3. Coordinate with internal teams to gather and share accurate updates with customers
4. Address customer queries, concerns, or special requests throughout the process
5. Ensure smooth pet handover by managing logistics, documentation, and arrangements
6. Maintain clear and timely communication via calls & messages.
7. Proactively resolve any bottlenecks to ensure customer satisfaction
Other requirements
1. Experience: 0-1 years in customer service, coordination, or a related field (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome)
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or any relevant field
3. People Person: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
4. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to track multiple customer orders and updates efficiently
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and managing digital communication

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
