who can be the bridge between our internal teams and valued customers post booking. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth post-sale processes including documentation, registry coordination, data management, and exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
-Acting as the
single point of contact for clients
post booking.
-Collecting, verifying, and managing all post-sale documents including
KYC, NOC, Allotment Letters, Registry Letters
, etc.
-Guiding customers on document requirements and keeping them informed on their registry timelines, pendency, and status.
-Maintaining a proper
filing and indexing system
(physical and digital).
-Conducting regular audits to ensure
zero pendency
and data accuracy.
-Maintaining up-to-date records for every client and project.
-Coordinating with legal and registry departments for timely
execution of registry and possession formalities
.
-Following up with internal departments to ensure process flow and reduce turnaround time.
-Maintaining accurate
customer and project data
in spreadsheets.
-Sharing regular MIS reports and updating to management.
-Identifying pending documents or issues and proactively following up with clients and internal teams.
-Ensuring timely resolution and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What You Should Bring:
-1-3 years of experience in
real estate, admin, or post-sales coordination
.
-Knowledge of
real estate documentation & registry processes
is preferred.
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets & file management tools.
-Well-organized, detail-oriented and customer-obsessed approach.
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
