Job Description

Data Management:

Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to the sales and marketing teams.

Client Interaction Tracking:

Monitor and record all client interactions, helping teams understand client preferences and behavior patterns.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

System Optimization:

Work with IT to ensure the CRM system is functioning efficiently, implementing updates and training staff on new features.

Lead Management:

Assist in nurturing leads through the sales funnel by automating follow-ups and reminders.

Collaboration with Marketing:

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted campaigns based on CRM insights.

Customer Segmentation:

Develop strategies for customer segmentation to tailor marketing efforts and improve client engagement.

Feedback Implementation:

Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the CRM processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
