Key Responsibilities



Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale Ensure smooth on boarding, implementation, or delivery of products/services Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and support teams to resolve issues Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups promptly Track order status, documentation, invoicing, and service timelines Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback Support renewals, upselling, or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in post-sales, customer success, or account management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good problem-solving and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Attributes

Experience in handling B2B or B2C clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time-management and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
