Greetings & welcome call to existing client and booking confirmation call Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights. Give proper guidance regarding finance and banking for payment schedule Schedule and host property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Prepare and present competitive offers and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents. Assist clients in navigating the closing process, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately. Maintain updated zoning regulations, and real estate laws. collect payment on timely manner, disbursal payments follow up form banks and customers on construction slab Prepare documents for registration process Build and nurture a strong client network through marketing, referrals, and exceptional service. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
