Job Title: Post Sales Support Executive - Service Operations Department: Service Operations / Customer Experience Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Post Sales Support Executive to join our Service Operations Team. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end post-sales support to customers -- ensuring smooth validation of transactions, managing cancellations, managing invoice coordination, NPS calling, and addressing customer concerns promptly. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and high-quality post-sales experience within our real estate service operations framework. Key Responsibilities: o Serve as the single point of contact for customers during the post-sales journey. o Validate and verify booking details, payment records, and supporting documents in coordination with sales teams. o Coordinate with internal departments (Finance/RCM/Sales) for timely generation of invoices, demand letters, and documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM tools or Excel trackers. o Proactively communicate with customers on payment reminders and service updates. o Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring timely closure and customer satisfaction. o Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: o Graduate in any field. o 1-2 years of experience in post-sales support, customer service, or service operations, preferably in real estate, property management, or housing services. o Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset. o Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data validation, filtering, pivot tables, etc.). o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. o Ability to manage multiple customer cases and work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
