Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage client relationships after the sales process. The role involves ensuring smooth service delivery, handling queries, maintaining client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sales process. Coordinate with operations, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions within agreed timelines. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions. Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards. Assist in up-selling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients. Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, issues, and resolutions. Ensure timely follow-up for payments and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Team player with a proactive and positive approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
