Act as a single point of contact for customers post booking until property possession.
Coordinate with developers, banks, and internal teams for documentation, payment follow-ups, and loan processing.
Manage and resolve client queries or concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all client communications, agreements, and transactions.
Ensure timely updates to customers on project milestones and payment schedules.
Coordinate for registration, agreement execution, and handover formalities.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for post-sales activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
