Job Title: Post-Sales Operations Executive - House of Travellers

Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and organized Post-Sales Operations Executive to manage the back-end execution of travel services after the sales process is complete. This role is critical in ensuring all travel components are properly booked, documented, coordinated, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing itineraries, vendor coordination, issuing vouchers, and providing on-trip client support.

Roles and Responsibilities:



1. Booking & Confirmation:



*Ensure timely and accurate booking of all travel services including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and insurance.

*Cross-check all bookings and package inclusions as per the finalized sales deal.

*Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to confirm services and availability.

2. Documentation & Itinerary Management:



*Prepare detailed travel itineraries and dispatch final travel documents (vouchers, tickets, confirmations) to clients.

*Ensure documents are sent within committed timelines and are 100% accurate.

*Handle visa application documentation if applicable.

3. Vendor and Supplier Coordination:



*Liaise with hotels, transport providers, local tour operators, and other vendors for smooth delivery of services.

*Reconfirm all bookings prior to the client's travel date and ensure special requests are communicated.

4. Client Servicing Post-Sale:



*Act as the single point of contact for the client post-booking for all operational needs.

*Provide assistance for itinerary changes, rescheduling, cancellations, or any client queries.

*Address and resolve service-related issues during the client's travel promptly.

5. Operational Support & Quality Control:



*Update internal systems with client and booking data for future reference.

*Track payments, cancellations, refunds, and supplier settlements as per company process.

*Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and travel policies.

6. Post-Trip Coordination:



*Collect feedback from clients and report issues or suggestions to the operations/sales teams.

*Document complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.

Key Skills and Competencies:



*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

*Good knowledge of travel industry products, destinations, and vendor networks

*Ability to multitask and manage multiple itineraries and deadlines

*Problem-solving skills and client-centric approach

*Familiarity with travel CRMs, booking engines, and vendor portals (preferred)

Qualifications:



*Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field

*1 year of experience in post-sales/operations role in a travel agency or tour operator

*Knowledge of domestic and international tour operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
