Role Overview



The

Post Sales and Operations Executive

plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding and learning experience for students after enrollment. This role focuses on student support, coordination between internal departments, and efficient management of operational processes to maintain learner satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities



Student Onboarding & Support:

Assist enrolled learners through the onboarding process and provide clarity on course timelines, deliverables, and policies. Maintain constant communication to ensure students are engaged and satisfied post-purchase.

Operational Coordination:

Coordinate with sales, training, and academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery and resource allocation. Manage and track student data, attendance, and progress using internal CRM and reporting tools.

Customer Success & Retention:

Act as a single point of contact for student queries, grievances, and feedback. Identify potential drop-offs and proactively take measures to retain learners through timely intervention and support.

Performance & Reporting:

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports on student engagement, completion rates, and feedback trends. Ensure adherence to company service standards and operational SLAs.

Process Improvement:

Contribute ideas to streamline internal operations and improve learner experience. Work with the management team to optimize onboarding and delivery workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or post-sales roles (EdTech experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools, Google Workspace, and CRM software. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving orientation.
