- Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Handling of customer complaints and concerns via mails and calls.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for addressing customer grievances and resolving issues.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer complaints, aiming to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and analyse customer complaints to identify underlying causes and develop appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, resolutions, and any actions taken.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of customer grievances and resolution initiatives.
