At Intigly we believe great stories don't end at production -- they come alive in post. We are seeking an experienced Post Production Head to lead our post-production department, ensuring world-class delivery of edited content, motion graphics, sound, and color grading across projects.

Role Over view

As the Post Production Head, you will oversee the entire post-production process -- from editing to final delivery. You will manage a team of editors, motion graphic designers, sound engineers, and colorists, while collaborating with directors, producers, and creative teams to ensure that the final product meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy

Lead and manage the post-production team, ensuring seamless workflow and resource allocation. Define post-production processes, best practices, and quality benchmarks. Forecast timelines, budgets, and manpower needs for projects.

Project Management

Oversee editing, sound, VFX, motion graphics, and color grading pipelines. Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope. Troubleshoot creative/technical bottlenecks and provide solutions.

Creative & Technical Supervision

Review edits, visual effects, and sound design for creative quality. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and director's vision. Stay updated with the latest industry tools, plugins, and workflows.

Team Development

Mentor and upskill the post-production team. Foster collaboration between editors, designers, and sound engineers Recruit and build a strong creative and technical post-production unit.

Requirements

8-12 years of experience in post-production, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid). Knowledge of motion graphics & VFX tools (After Effects, Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D). Deep understanding of sound design, color grading, and mastering. Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong creative sensibility with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
