2-3 years in client servicing, coordination, or CRM roles (photography, media, or event industry preferred).
Education:
Any graduate (relevant experience will be given higher priority).
Languages:
Proficiency in
English and Tamil

Google Sheets / MS Excel / CRM tools

Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for clients during the post-production and delivery phase.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables
including edited photos, videos, albums, and print products, ensuring on-time delivery.
Work closely with photographers, editors, designers, and vendors to maintain
high-quality output
and smooth workflow.
Manage
album design approvals, revisions, and print orders
, keeping clients updated on their order status.
Handle client
queries, feedback, and escalations
professionally, aiming for complete client satisfaction and repeat business.
