We are looking for a highly organized

Post Production Coordinator

to support our team in managing the workflow of photo/video editing and delivery. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills

basic computer knowledge

, and a strong ability to manage timelines and coordinate between teams.

Key Responsibilities

:

Coordinate and track the progress of post-production tasks including photo selection, editing, retouching, and video delivery
Serve as the main point of contact between editors, clients, and photographers
Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of final files

Requirements

:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills

Good organizational and multitasking ability

Ability to handle feedback and client communication politely and professionally
