Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines.

Integrate activity-based and experiential learning techniques in classroom teaching.

Job description:
Attending the Classes Regularly
Prepares the year plan and maintains the work done register.
Teach the allotted subject in the allotted periods.
Correction of written work of the pupils regularly.
completes the syllabus for the Unit tests and Examinations in time for sufficient revision.
Checks the performance of the students.
Prepares the principles of Valuation and evaluates the answer scripts of tests and examinations.
Posts the marks in the subject register for review.
prepares the NC students List and ensures remedial teaching.
proper use of teaching materials and aids available in the school.
Encourages the pupils in maintaining personal hygiene and classroom cleanliness.
Checks the adequacy of the classroom and maintains class room discipline.
Any other work allotted by the Headmaster.
Skill Sets
Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. from a recognized university.
Strong command of subject matter and effective classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for teaching young learners and creating an inclusive learning atmosphere.
Familiarity with innovative teaching practices and digital tools.
