We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Biology to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to senior secondary students and fostering a strong foundation in biological sciences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons for Classes XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, and practical assessments.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments to track student progress.
Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure safety and proper use of laboratory equipment.
Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress and student development.
Participate in school activities, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and advancements in biological sciences.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Biology / Zoology / Botany with B.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Biology at senior secondary level in CBSE schools.
Strong subject knowledge with ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CBSE board examination patterns and assessment methods.
Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in the classroom.
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
