About the Program:


The Industry Immersion Fellowship at Volvo Group is a unique program that enables university faculty and post-doctoral researchers to gain hands-on industry experience by working full-time with our technical team at Volvo Group. While a monthly stipend of
30,000 will be provided by Volvo Group, the deputing university is expected to continue paying the participant's regular salary during the fellowship period.


About the Role:


We're seeking researchers to define processes and tools for assessing battery health and suitability for second-life applications.


This includes using test data (onboard and external) to support safe and efficient repurposing into Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).


Researcher can contribute to designing scalable workflows for battery screening, testing, and circular use.


Should have relevant research experience in Battert Circularity area
