Role Summary



The Possession Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end possession process of real estate units, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, site teams, legal, accounts, and maintenance departments. The role focuses on timely handover, documentation compliance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and coordinate possession schedules with customers and internal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the possession and handover phase. Ensure completion of all pre-possession formalities including: Final payment collection confirmation Agreement registration compliance Statutory and legal documentation No-dues clearance from accounts Coordinate with site engineers to ensure unit readiness before possession. Arrange and conduct possession inspections and handover meetings. Prepare and explain possession documents, handover kits, and inventory lists. Obtain customer acknowledgements and possession letters. Coordinate snag list preparation and handover to the after-sales team. Handle customer queries related to possession, amenities, and common areas. Maintain accurate possession records, trackers, and MIS reports. Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines and company SOPs. Support smooth transition of customers to society/maintenance teams post possession.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong customer relationship and coordination skills. Good understanding of real estate possession processes and documentation. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Professional communication and conflict-handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and documentation management. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple possessions.

Qualification & Experience



Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate / Civil / Management preferred). 1-4 years of experience in possession, CRM, or customer coordination in the real estate industry. Knowledge of RERA norms, agreements, and handover procedures is an added advantage.

Working Conditions



Project site-based role with customer-facing responsibilities. 6 days working as per company policy. Flexible working hours depending on possession schedules.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Timely completion of possession handovers. Customer satisfaction during possession. Zero documentation discrepancies. Adherence to possession timelines. Accuracy of MIS and reporting.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
