Key Competencies

Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field. 2+ years of experience or strong academic/portfolio projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy, user research, and experience mapping for multi-platform products. Define personas, journeys, and information architecture aligned with business goals. Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal teams to drive design outcomes. Mentor junior designers and guide usability testing and iteration. Present design rationale and insights to stakeholders and clients.

Requirements and Skills

Expertise in user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive design. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, and research tools. Experience with analytics platforms and data-driven design. Ability to lead workshops and co-creation sessions. * Familiarity with BFSI, healthcare, and IoT product ecosystems.
