Homes & Buildings Magazine, a venture by CREDAI - MCHI, is seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our growing IT team. This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative mobile solutions in the real estate domain. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience developing real estate mobile apps or working in the real estate industry.

Job Title: Flutter Developer - Mobile App (Real Estate Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a Flutter Mobile App Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to develop high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design, backend, and editorial teams to build seamless and user-friendly experiences tailored for the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams for real-time integration.

Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, and .NET-based backend systems.

Optimize app performance and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Maintain code quality and follow best practices in security and state management.

Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, especially in the real estate domain.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app development.

Proficiency in Flutter (Dart), and experience with .NET and Java/Swift is a plus.

Solid experience with Firebase, REST APIs, state management (Provider, Bloc, Redux).

Prior experience in developing real estate apps or working with real estate companies is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience in app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI/UX detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.

Knowledge of mobile security best practices.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
