Job Description

Position:

Senior Planning Engineer

Openings:

Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Proven experience in

Primavera P6

and

MS Project

Experience:

Minimum

8 years

of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage the

Master Project Schedule

across design, approvals, procurement, and construction stages. Develop and maintain

baseline schedules

with cost and resource loading, milestones, and dependencies.

Monitor project progress

versus baseline, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Conduct

delay and impact analysis

, support

Extension of Time (EoT)

claims, and perform

earned value analysis (EVA)

. Coordinate with

design, procurement, contracts, and execution

teams for planning inputs and progress updates. Lead

weekly/monthly review meetings

and prepare

project dashboards

. Generate

MIS and look-ahead reports

using

Excel/Power BI

for management and client reporting. Maintain complete documentation of all

schedule revisions and updates

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):

AACE PSP

- Planning & Scheduling Professional

PMI-SP / PMP

- Project Management Institute *

Oracle Certified - Primavera P6 Professional
