Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from families and potential clients.
Conduct guided tours of the facility for prospective residents and families.
Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM database.
Develop marketing campaigns (online/offline) to generate awareness and leads.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, NGOs, and referral partners.
Create engaging content for social media, website, and print materials.
Organize community outreach programs, senior wellness events, and information sessions.
Prepare monthly sales reports and track conversion performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (healthcare or hospitality preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with elderly individuals and families.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
