Role Overview
We're looking for a highly skilled and adaptive Creative
Graphic Designer
who can drive the visual language of LifeKrafts across digital and offline platforms. You will lead design strategy, execute high-impact creatives, and bring ideas to life using both traditional tools and AI-powered design workflows. Experience in 3D modeling and rendering is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for branding, campaigns, product packaging, Amazon/Shopify listings, brochures, and digital ads
Use AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Canva AI to speed up content generation where relevant
Develop visually stunning A+ content (EBCs), listing images, and infographics for marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart
Design motion graphics, reels, and product demo videos using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro
Create 3D product mockups, render scenes, and visualizations to showcase product use and dimensions (Blender, Keyshot, etc.)
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to meet campaign goals and timelines
Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual assets
Explore design trends and introduce innovative visual styles into brand storytelling
Requirements
3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Hands-on experience with 3D modeling/rendering tools like Blender, Keyshot, or similar (Nice to have not mandatory)
Familiar with AI-powered creative tools and adaptive to rapid content creation workflows (Nice to have not mandatory)
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, product creatives, and motion graphics
Excellent visual sense, layout skills, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
Bonus Skills
Experience designing for Amazon/Shopify standards and platform-specific guidelines
Understanding of basic UI/UX design principles
Ability to manage and mentor junior designers or freelancers
Experience in directing product photoshoots or editing lifestyle imagery
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Experience with video editing/motion graphics for reels and product videos
Exposure to photography direction or basic product photography
