POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Creative Director with a proven track record in the e-commerce and B2C space to lead our creative strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with direct-to-consumer brands, particularly in the health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle sectors, and understands the nuances of digital-first brand building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreative Strategy & Vision
Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
Lead the conceptualization and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Establish creative guidelines, brand standards, and design systems for consistent brand experience
Drive innovation in creative approaches to enhance customer engagement and conversion
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and creative professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and e-commerce teams
Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture within the organization
E-commerce & Digital Expertise
Create compelling visual content for e-commerce platforms (website, product pages, marketplace listings)
Design high-converting marketing assets for digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Amazon)
Develop creative assets for email marketing, social media, and performance marketing campaigns
Optimize creative content based on performance data and customer insights
Brand & Campaign Development
Oversee brand identity evolution and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Develop creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
Create packaging designs, product photography art direction, and lifestyle content
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, and creative vendors
