Job Title: Support Engineer ( Shift- Rotation)- POS
Must to have Skills : JumpMind or Oracle Retail Point of Service ( OrPOS)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work very closely with L1/L2 Support team and Trouble shoot & analyze the production issues, have discussion with dev & QE Team and provide the fix
- Design and develop products using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Create and maintain necessary software design and relevant documentation.
- Participate in group sessions within developer community and share knowledge
- Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution
- Must have worked on L2 /L3 Support roles
- 5+ years of total IT experience with special focus on POS L2/L3 Support.
- 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Retail Domain experience Xstore POS
- Core Java experience
- Hands on in SOAP / REST WEB service
- Trouble shooting skill for analysing problem tickets / production issues
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, PubSub, Rabbit MQ
- Experience in GIT
- Cloud awareness \xe2\x80\x93 GCP or AWS
- Good Communication skills
- Experience in checking the Production logs ( Grafana or Splunk )
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
