Job description: Experience 3 to 5 Yrs

1. Sound knowledge of Point of sale transaction workflow, payment gateways, Interchange and Merchant discount rate related activities

2. Experience in issuing/acquiring settlement process, switch reconciliation (3 way recon/ 4 way recon).

3. Maintain detailed records of payment transactions, reconciling discrepancies on a regular basis and preparing of Journal vouchers.

4. Strong knowledge of Card scheme rules(Visa/Master/Rupay), Merchant category code, subvention claim, revenue share computation.

5. Handle daily BAU with high accuracy and ensure SLA compliance.

6. Handling Customer queries through tickets and mails.

7. Contribute to process improvements and service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
