dynamic and result-oriented POS Product Sales Executive
to promote, sell, and onboard customers for our POS solutions. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, demonstrating the product, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Identify and generate new leads for POS products through calls, visits, referrals, and digital channels
Pitch POS solutions to retail businesses such as
bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and stores
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS features and plans
Conduct product demonstrations (online and onsite) and clearly explain product benefits
Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Interaction & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
Coordinate with business owners and decision-makers for sales discussions
Handle customer objections and negotiations professionally
Ensure smooth handover after sales closure to the implementation/support team
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on POS features, pricing, updates, and competitor offerings
Collect market feedback and customer insights to improve sales strategies
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, demos, and closures
Regularly update CRM or internal sales tracking systems
Share weekly sales reports and pipeline updates with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in
software / POS / SaaS sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand business processes and explain technical solutions in a simple manner
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos
Preferred Experience
Experience selling
POS, ERP, billing software, or retail solutions
Familiarity with
bakery, restaurant, or retail business operations
