Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar

Skills:

B1/ B2 level proficiency in Portuguese language Ability to translate, interpret, handle inquiries and providing assistance to Portuguese-speaking clients Exposure to MS office Good communication skills (Oral & written)

Job Responsibilities:

Work on received E-mails in Portuguese and English language and post invoices for approval. Work on AP, AR & R2R remote Portuguese process with Portuguese client Support AP, AR, R2R team with obtaining necessary approvals to process the invoices in Portuguese language Examine and solve issues relating to purchase orders in Portuguese language by engaging business stakeholders.

Good to have skills:

Background in finance & accounting Knowledge of Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Journal Entry, Reconciliation, Fixed Asset, Oracle exposure will be desired
