The candidate will be a part of Asset Management team and will be expected to support portfolio growth initiatives in existing client base. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Work within the Asset Management team, in conducting assessment the bank's loan book to support portfolio growth & assist with client retention. + Support strategic discussions by analyzing data from multiple sources and preparing insights for management.
+ Collaborate with the portfolio management team to identify additional lending opportunities and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
+ Contribute to strategic projects that require a blend of financial analysis, business strategy, and market understanding.
+ Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership of your work, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.

Desired qualities and skills:

+ Skilled in MS-Excel, MS-Word, spoken and written English language + Strong understanding of financial statements including important credit risk metrices, ratios
+ Experience of creating succinct and analytical reports
+ Personal drive (proactive), flexible, creative (thinks out of the box), result driven, responsible, team player & fast learner
+ Hands on attitude, willing/capable to understand the big picture
+ Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work

Eucation

+ MBA with specialization in Finance or Analytics - pursuing (final year) or completed
