Education: MBA/PGDM (Finance/Analytics), CA, or equivalent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Portfolio Manager - Personal Loans

to lead end-to-end product lifecycle and programme execution. The role involves managing P&L, portfolio strategy, credit policies, and driving digital initiatives for sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive product roadmap including pricing, features, and eligibility Own P&L - budgeting, forecasting, and margin management Conduct portfolio reviews - disbursals, delinquency, yield tracking Lead process enhancements and digital transformation initiatives Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams

Skills & Experience Required

7-12 years of experience in

Retail Lending / Unsecured Loans / Personal Loans

Strong knowledge of

P&L, credit policies, and analytics

Hands-on experience in

product management and programme delivery

(Agile preferred) Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
