Roles & responsibilities :
Manages the relation with multiple stakeholders on a tactical and strategical level. Navigate the organizational challenge through the design, construction, and deployment processes.
Maintain the project drumbeat, leads and guides through the deployment process. Monitors the delivery against plans,
Design and lead the platform deployment plan and change strategy, ways of working and capabilities required to mobilize and collaborate with DBB Deployment, OpCo and Global Functions to align and achieve DBB program objectives.
Collaborate with Regional Change & Comms to shape the change management strategy DBB vision, metrics of success and key messages. Ensure alignment with wider business agenda. Articulate the journey and anticipated outcomes to energize everyone through change.
Ensure timely assessment of current capabilities. and closure of capability gaps.
Resource management, leads planning and management of resources, ensuring utilization of resource with cost efficiency and quality prioritized.
Leads multidisciplinary team. Motivates, manage, and inspire the project team, coaching to support individual development and improved team outcomes.
Experience & Profile :
Education: Bachelor's / master's degree.
Overall 15-20 years Work experience: +5 years managerial experience required in a complex international environment. +5 years in cross functional programs and/or ERP/platform implementation.
Required work experience in field of expertise: Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management and organizational impact strategy. Desirable experience leading technology - change implementation project.
Demonstrated multi- cultural experience through international work placements.
Seniority and stature to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Strategic thinking: Ability to develop a clear vision for the future of the organization, understand the current set up, and identify the critical areas for improvement.
