Main Role (Overall Accountability):-

- Responsible for the delivery of IT Security projects, which will involve managing a portfolio of projects and programs. Be highly focused and driven to close projects whilst being critical of project activities.

- Responsible for managing IT Security projects from planning to execution and closure. Working closely with project managers to identify concerns pertaining to service delays and/or vendor onboarding and any sponsor escalations.

- Coordinate with PMO, other departments, vendors and prepare project plan & budgets. Attend regular project meetings with PMO to deliver value in resolving issues and achieving milestones.

Personnel Specifications -

- Experience of 10 years in Project Management in a reputed organization in IT

- Strong IT Security related project management experience

- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical, planning, implementation and time management skills

- Proven track record as Portfolio Manager

- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

- Knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.)

- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent team management ability

- Ability to manage different stakeholders

- Excellent all-round technical knowledge including TCP/IP, Networks, Active Directory, DNS, virtualization, Firewalls, WAFs, Load Balancer, Intrusion Detection/Protection, HSM, Cyber Security.
