Job Description

The role holder will lead the ideation and incubation of new business opportunities within the Mobility segment for Maruti Suzuki. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying emerging mobility prospects, and developing research-backed Business and Financial Cases to secure approval from Senior Leadership. The position demands a dynamic professional capable of independently managing multiple programs while effectively leading and mentoring a cross-functional team. The role spans key tracks including Vendor Onboarding, Industry Research, Technical Evaluation, Financial Planning, Product Roadmap Development, and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy formulation.



Responsibilities basis JD:



1. Ideate and incubate innovative allied revenue opportunities within the Mobility segment.



2. Design and maintain a comprehensive portfolio management strategy that aligns with Maruti Suzuki's broader organizational goals and growth objectives.



3. Conduct Primary and secondary research to understand Industry scenario



4. Independently develop robust Business Cases and financial Proposals for various mobility-based incubation projects



5. Determine GTM strategy and focus on increasing adoption of deployed solution amongst Customers



6. Lead the planning and evaluation of the project portfolio, assessing potential returns against associated risk in view of revenue and cost drivers



7. Present and pitch innovative concepts and business opportunities to internal stakeholders and business units.



8. Identify, evaluate, and experiment with capable third-party vendors to support mobility initiatives and enhance solution delivery.



9. Drive PoCs [Proof of Concept] across various mobility streams to validate concepts and determine feasibility for scale-up.



10. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to Senior Leadership for strategic alignment and approvals.



11. Effectively manage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.



12. Lead and mentor the Business Strategy team, providing guidance across multiple workstreams including technical, financial, and strategic planning

Educational Qualification Required -



BE / B Tech / MBA in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or General Management



Certifications - PMP (Good to have)



Years of experience - 12 to 14 years



Must have scored at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable) and Bachelors, and Masters (if applicable) - No rounding off marks is allowed.



Only FULL Time and Regular education is eligible (10th/12th/Diploma/Bachelors/Masters)



Average Tenure (i.e. total years of experience divided by Number of companies worked for) - Should be 2 or more.
