Our Portfolio Office centrally supports hotel operations, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and strategic alignment across all properties. Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable to join our Portfolio Office team. The role is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable functions across all 12 hotels, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards and IHG policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable process for all hotels under the portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Raise invoices for corporate clients, travel agents, and other receivables in coordination with individual hotel finance teams.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments; ensure timely collections and reduce aging of receivables.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with hotel teams for folio transfers, payment allocations, and disputes.
  • Maintain updated customer records and credit limits in the system.
  • Generate and analyze AR aging reports; provide updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG finance SOPs, GST regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Work with the Portfolio Office finance team to drive improvements in cash flow management and credit control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance; MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g.,Sun, Osais, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST and statutory compliance related to billing and collections.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across hotel locations.
