We are now looking for a Portfolio Director, Autonomous Operations. Autonomous Operations is redefining the way telecom operators' evolution path to be best in customer experience, cost competitive and tap into revenues with differentiated services. The purpose of the Portfolio Director job role is to handle key service portfolio within autonomous operations, including strategy, positioning and business development for the in-house developed products as well as third party products to secure a profitable portfolio. We are a hands-on portfolio team, so you will be driving the POC, first time implementation on what we develop and handover to sales and delivery for industrialization. You will have a span over global and regional or local level. Expectation is also representing MSN in CX level meetings, industry events,



What you will do

Responsible to drive competence and business readiness! Operate solution development Handle requirements and assignments Lead POCs and first-time deployments Drive continuous improvements Develop competence and knowledge sharing in your group and beyond



You will bringEducation: University Degree Minimum years of experience: 12 to 20 years Minimum 5 years of senior telecom operations management roles Minimum 5 years in AI/ML/automation product development or data science Proven large transformation skills Experience in Cloud Native Technologies Extensive knowledge of business and product management Have excellent presentation and communication skills Analytical skills Formulating strategies and concepts Entrepreneurial and Commercial thinking


Qualifications: B.E, B. Tech, M.E, M. Tech
