Manifest submission (Import / Export / Transit)
Customs declaration & valuation
Risk assessment & selectivity
Inspection & clearance
Port gate operations

Cargo release & post-clearance audit.

Business Requirements (BRD)
Functional Requirements (FRD)
Use Cases & User Stories
Translate operational requirements into

clear functional specifications

for development teams.

Strong knowledge of: Sea port operations Customs clearance processes Import / Export / Transshipment procedures Cargo inspection & risk management HS codes, tariffs, duties, and exemptions
Business & Technical Skills

Business analysis methodologies (BPMN, Use Cases, User Stories) Experience with ERP, Customs Management Systems, or Port Community Systems Ability to work with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) Strong documentation and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹165,671.77 - ₹600,000.00 per year
