Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Porotta Master or Tandoor/Paratha Chef.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, and porotta making.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to food safety and hygiene.
