ob Responsibilities



Prepare fresh and soft Kerala-style porottas in bulk with consistency. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness during food preparation. Maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours. Assist in kitchen duties when required. Follow restaurant recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards. Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience as a Porotta Master or Tandoor/Paratha Chef. Strong knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, and porotta making. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Good teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to food safety and hygiene.
