Position Summary:


PopSockets is seeking a skilled eCommerce Analyst, with a specialization in Amazon catalog management. As an Amazon Catalog Manager (eCommerce Analyst), you will be instrumental in managing our Amazon product listings. This role is central to enhancing product visibility, optimizing search and customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines. The Role:



PopSockets is seeking a skilled eCommerce Analyst, with a specialization in Amazon catalog management. As an Amazon Catalog Manager (eCommerce Analyst), you will be instrumental in managing our Amazon product listings. This role is central to enhancing product visibility, optimizing search and customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines. As an eCommerce Analyst (Amazon Catalog Manager) your responsibilities will include:



Product Page Setup and Optimization:

Work closely with the Cross Functional teams to create and optimize product pages, ensuring they are compliant with Amazon's guidelines, accurately represent the product, and are optimized for search and customer engagement.

Metadata Management:

Manage and optimize the metadata for product listings according to best practices, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes, to improve search visibility and relevancy.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Track account health, Buy Box performance, and variations health, using insights to optimize listings and strategies.

Geo Expansion:

Adapt the catalog and listings for different Amazon marketplaces, understanding local trends and regulations.

Issue Resolution and Support:

Act as the main contact for Amazon Support to quickly resolve listing issues, account discrepancies, or compliance matters.

MAP Monitoring and Enforcement:

Implement regular monitoring of product listings across Amazon and other online platforms to ensure adherence to MAP policies and capture instances of buy box loss.

Product Page Auditing:

Conduct regular audits of product pages to check for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon's standards and guidelines. This includes reviewing content, images, and customer feedback to ensure the highest quality of presentation and information.

Product Page Compliance:

Stay up to date on Amazon compliance requirements and promptly address all andon cord issues raised by the Amazon Vendor team to keep product pages live and in good standing.

Required Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in Amazon catalog management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and extracting insights from large datasets. Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and take decisive actions. Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and collaboration in all interactions with teammates and the business Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills Teach and be teachable Familiarity with both 1P Vendor Central and 3P Seller Central on Amazon.
