The Pool Order Taker is responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests at the hotel pool area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Taking: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the relevant team.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues.
3. Payment Handling: Handle guest payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
4. Pool Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
2. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Physical Ability: Ability to work in a poolside environment and withstand varying weather conditions.
Performance Metrics:
1. Service Quality: Provide high-quality service to guests, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
