Job Description

The Operator is responsible for the day to day operation, maintenance, and safety of the swimming pool. The role ensures water quality standards, proper functioning of equipment and a safe environment for all the users.

Key responsibilities:

Operate and maintain swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters and dosing equipment. Monitor and maintain pool water quality (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.) Perform regular cleaning of pool, deck area and filtration units. Record daily operational water quality parameters. Identify and report equipment faults or safety hazards. Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing. Ensure proper storage and handling of pool chemicals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of pool operation and water treatment. Experience in swimming pool maintenance preferred. Ability to handle chemicals safely. Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts. Pool Operator or related certification( preferred but not mandatory)

Candidates residing in or around Wayanad will be given preference.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
