: Pool Attendant Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and safety-conscious

Pool Attendant

to oversee the pool area, ensure guest safety, and maintain cleanliness. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, enforce pool rules, and assist with general maintenance to create a pleasant and safe swimming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor Pool Area:

Supervise guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Enforce Safety Rules:

Educate guests on pool policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Assist Guests:

Provide towels, answer questions, and offer assistance as needed.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Regularly clean pool decks, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas.

Check Equipment:

Ensure pool furniture, umbrellas, and safety equipment are in good condition.

Water Quality Control:

Check and report water temperature, chlorine, and pH levels as required.

Emergency Response:

Act quickly in case of emergencies and assist lifeguards when needed.

Support Pool Operations:

Help set up and close down the pool area daily.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a customer service role preferred. Basic knowledge of pool safety and first aid (CPR certification is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods. Responsible, punctual, and attentive to details.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
