Job Summary

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining pool cleanliness, ensuring guest safety, and providing courteous service to guests using the swimming pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness of the swimming pool, deck area, and pool furniture Monitor pool usage and ensure safety rules are followed Assist guests with towels, loungers, and poolside amenities Test and record pool water quality (chlorine, pH levels) as per standards Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately Ensure availability of lifesaving equipment and first-aid kits Coordinate with engineering and housekeeping for pool upkeep Maintain hygiene and sanitation around the pool area Respond to guest queries and provide excellent customer service

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of pool safety rules and hygiene standards Good communication and customer service skills Alertness and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors and in shifts

Qualifications

Minimum education: High school preferred

Lifesaving / CPR certification

preferred (mandatory if required by property) Prior experience as a pool attendant or lifeguard is an advantage

Working Conditions

Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays Exposure to water, chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
