The Pool Assistant supports the safe, clean, and smooth operation of the swimming pool area by assisting lifeguards and supervisors, maintaining pool hygiene, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in and around the pool area.
Support lifeguards in monitoring pool activities and ensuring safety rules are followed.
Help guests with basic inquiries and guide them on pool rules and facilities.
Check pool equipment, floats, and safety tools and report any issues immediately.
Ensure pool deck, changing rooms, and wash areas are clean and dry.
Assist during emergencies by alerting lifeguards or supervisors promptly.
Monitor water levels and report any irregularities to the maintenance team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred).
Basic swimming knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to follow safety instructions and work in shifts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and alert during duty hours.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Outdoor working environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
