Job Description

Oversee Rubber mixing mill operations to ensure efficient and quality rubber compound production.

Manage compounding process for various rubber formulations.

Conduct regular inspections of mixing equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Collaborate with production teams to address any issues and improve mixing efficiency.

Perform quality control tests on rubber compounds to meet specified standards.

Maintain accurate records of mixing processes, formulations, and test results.

Experience : 0-3 in managing mixing mill operations in a rubber manufacturing industry .

Strong understanding of rubber compounding Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods.

Excellent record-keeping abilities.

Qualification

BE Polymer Eng/ Rubber Tech/ Diploma in Rubber Tech/ Polymer Science
