Position Summary

JC Global is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and technically-skilled

- Polymer to Pyrolysis Oil Manufacturing

Operations to lead our PPO production facility. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe and efficient production, optimize processes, manage a multidisciplinary team, and drive operational excellence in pyrolysis oil manufacturing and related downstream processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Lead, plan, and manage the Polymer to Pyrolysis Oil (PPO) manufacturing unit. Ensure smooth operational performance of pyrolysis reactors, distillation units, product treatment, storage, and utilities. Establish high standards for safety, quality, compliance, and environmental performance.

Production & Process Control

Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet quality and output targets. Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective strategies. Monitor feedstock handling, pyrolysis conditions, and oil recovery efficiency.

Technical Expertise

Thorough understanding of Pyrolysis Oil (PPO) production and properties. Demonstrate practical knowledge in distillation, fractionation, heat integration, and separation processes. Implement process improvements and performance optimization.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

Maintain safe operating procedures and regulatory compliance (HSE standards). Lead regular audits, risk assessments, and preventive maintenance planning. Govern quality control measures and reporting.

Team & Project Management

Lead, mentor, and develop operations, maintenance, and process teams. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and supply chain functions. Manage continuous improvement and technology enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical / Polymer Engineering or related field.

10+ years' experience

in chemical process operations, preferably in pyrolysis, refining, petrochemical, polymer recycling, or allied industries. Proven experience in

leading plant operations and team management

. Strong knowledge of pyrolysis oil production, distillation, and downstream processing.

Preferred Skills & Advantageous Experience

? Experience with

PPO (Pyrolysis Oil) & TPO

handling and characterization
? Hands-on experience with distillation unit operations
? Knowledge of HSE standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety systems
? Familiarity with process simulation tools and manufacturing KPIs
? Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
